Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo,  and JCB cards 

PRICING TAX AND DUTY 
Please note that all shipments outside of the Isle of Man may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, you must bear additional customs clearance charges.

 

Returns and Exchanges

• Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. Please note we will not accept returned items, if there is any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
• Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase. This includes sales taxes for all Isle of Man country shipments but excludes delivery charges, duty for UK territories (where applicable) and recovery costs. International customs duties and sales tax refunds are excluded on shipments outside of Isle of Man.
• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain the proof of posting.
