HOW TO SHOP
Shopping online with Bright Eyes Clothing. is simple and secure.
To make a purchase follow these easy steps:

  • Select an item by clicking on a category heading on the navigation bar and adding items to your shopping basket
  •  You can keep an eye on the total number of items in your basket as it is constantly on your screen.
  • When you have finished shopping go to 'CHECKOUT'
  • To delete an item from your basket click on the 'DELETE' button
  • To resume shopping after viewing your basket, click the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button. Be aware that an item in your basket can still be purchased by another customer
  • Proceed to the checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

PRICING TAX AND DUTY 
Please note that all shipments outside the Isle of Man may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

 

Guarantee

1 year Guarantee

 Bright Eyes Hats are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will either be replaced, refunded, or repaired free of charge where possible during this period.

The guarantee is subject to the following provisions

The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse.

The product must be correctly operated in accordance with the instructions.

Specifically, Bright Eyes Hats should only be washed in accordance with the instructions contained on the instructions leaflet. The guarantee will be rendered invalided if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by inexpert repair. The supplier of Bright Eyes Hats disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

The guarantee is in addition to, and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
